Jean Drummond, is a woman of unyielding faith, an entrepreneur with a vision unbounded, and a devoted mom & wife to a retired Air Force veteran. In all she does, and has been blessed to accomplished, Christ reigns first.

Under Jean Drummond’s visionary stewardship, HCDI International has proudly partnered with an illustrious array of private and public sector titans.

Jean is the Founder of Grace & Mercy Ministries, Biz N’Sight, and Institute for Creative Community Insights. Her journey is a testament to her expertise, empowered by a Bachelor’s degree as a Physician Assistant from Howard University and Master’s in Public Administration and Health Care Management from Bowie State University.
